Breakthrough in Real Evidence for Alien AbductionsAbout the issue of stronger Microwave frequency and actual existence of the US government experiment and issues.
Proof of the alien abduction phenomenon was achieved in January, 2007, when it was demonstrated that people claiming to be abducted by aliens actually receive a microwave signal. The signal was obtained by taking voltage readings with a standard multimeter from Velostat, the shielding material comprising a thought screen helmet and from the material itself. The material, called Velostat, is made by 3M.
This is the first time that standard electronic instruments showed that people claiming to be abducted by aliens actually receive a microwave signal. The helmets are called Thought Screen Helmets by inventor Michael Menkin. The helmets scramble the signal thus stopping communication between aliens and humans, Menkin claims. He has been making helmets and sending them to people abducted by aliens for eight years.

First, I address what Mr. Menkin writes about stronger signal that requires more layers of Velostat.
In 2007 several thought screen helmets were made with ten and twelve sheets of Velostat. Although eight sheets of Velostat are adequate telepathic shielding in most cases, some abductees state that they had a headache or felt nauseous with that level of protection. This situation may indicate that the aliens have increased the power of their telepathic transmission, especially when they directly confront their victims, but the signal remains scrambled by the Velostat."This is about Active Denial System on Wikipedia.

The ADS works by directing electromagnetic radiation, specifically, high-frequency microwave radiation at a frequency of 95 GHz[6] (a wavelength of 3.2 mm), toward the subjects. The waves excite water molecules in the epidermis to around 130 °F (55 °C), causing an intensely painful sensation of extreme heat. While not actually burning the skin, the burning sensation is similar to that of a light bulb being pressed against the skin.[6] The focused beam can be directed at targets at a range of just under half a kilometer, or about 550 yards.[7] The device can penetrate thick clothing, although not walls.[7]If the government is testing people with high-frequency Microwaves, this can explain why the shielding requires more layers of conductive material.
At 95 GHz, the frequency is much higher than the 2.45 GHz of a microwave oven. This frequency was chosen because, due to the stronger absorption of water at those frequencies, they penetrate the skin to a depth of less than 1/64 of an inch (0.4 mm),[8] which is where the nerve endings are located.

And this is also from the same Wikipedia page.
The effects of this radio frequency on humans have been studied by the military for years, and much, but not all, of the research has been published openly in peer-reviewed journals. A listing of many of these articles can be found on the military Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Program [13] website on the ADS page.[14]I am not saying all the unknown problem can be caused by Microwave. Ultrasonic sound silent voice sending is another issue. By understanding the actual technologies available and creating an environment to terminate another possibility is a way to analyze what things cause what and how. If the victims know what can be prevented by what material, then such knowledge can be useful for the people who have the similar symptoms. We all know the CIA and other agencies have been assassinating people and doing the human experiments among people like MKULTRA for decades. We need some way to protect ourselves from such unlawful and unethical activities.
Primary intentions for development of this system are, however, unclear and a matter of a dispute. Taking into account that the water cannon has already proven to be an effective though occasionally unsafe riot control tool, development of such an expensive and complicated system for a single purpose does not seem plausible to some critics.[who?]
It may be possible to focus the ADS to kill or impair people inside vehicles or buildings without breaking windows or leaving any other traces.
What people felt and the fact that equipment malfunctioned cannot be held as an evidence.
In real situations, people having body piercing, jewelry and tattoos are likely to have more serious skin and organ damage and burns than normal people. Tattooed people can suffer from serious injuries and become seriously ill due to high amounts of toxic waste released from heated/melted tattoo pigment.
