Restaurant Dubrovnik made a mistake on the bill and a strange woman with hood

My dinner at Restaurant Duvrobnik. The pizza would be 6€. The bill was different and I was tired to check the contents and paid for something else. I seemed to pay extra tea cost. Was it for the perp's drinking fee? There was a woman with a black food showing up and talking to the waiter but did not order and left. She said she is from Virgina. I have seen many English speaker around these days. I was so sick and stayed whole day home except for the rosary prayer and the mass.
