Two Chinese men at the police station

Here is the video of the two Chinese men at the police station with a blond hair woman. I visited there with a clerk for the registration. They finished earlier than my case. But later I saw a group of police officers outside when we left. Nothing happened. Just the paper work for the foreigner registration. It used to be done by the hotel/hostel owners. I received the paper permit.

Ever since the encounter of the police and asking me to turn around for the handcuff at SJSU, I don't trust police officers. I had cameras with me. Just noticed these two Asians there strange.
