Gang Stalking Analysis - Muslims Show up few days before the departure

I found some Muslims show up few days before my departure from the city. They just show up and I see them no matter how rare to sight a Muslim in the area. If the government or a local police wants to check out a house of a suspicious person, they might bring an informant who looks similar to the person and led the one to get into the house or around the town. And seeing the double by the target might cause the death because the police or the government wants to keep their activity secret.

The V2K perps were also mentioning that they don't want Koreans in Japan, so they want to use Koreans for the harassment to claim me as if those Korean-Japanese. Maybe, that is the reason why many Korean criminals with Japanese names are often listed in the Japanese name on the newspaper but escaped to Korea. My family has no Korean origin and probably none in my relatives except a cousin who is an ex-translator who speaks over 10 languages know Korean. The V2K voices told that the Japanese Koreans in Korea needs some more people to grow their population there, and that is one reason they want some Japanese women. I have no travel history to Korea nor the knowledge of Korean. I heard the V2K perps got problem by the perps in Germany reported that I speak Korean. Well, I speak a bit Croatian but not Korean. There is still a Korean group in Medjugorje, and I don't know why there are so many Korean travelers around. If I move to somewhere, there would be more Koreans. Then, I would report it here.

So, what actually happend in the German schools?

I think the perps would like to claim me as mental disease. It's the easiest way of taking someone out after the mobbing and the group to be able to do the "victim blaming." I sutided a bit of psychology, so I know quite much of how mobbing and gang stalking related with the mental health of the victim. Also, certain psychological problem would occur to the victim as such cases are listed on David Lawson's Cause Stalking. Moreover, the police-backed harassments are often discussed for the COINTELPRO operations. I learned more about the Project Superman, Andy Pero's legendary US Army related new Jubelmenschen project issues. Also, the local child-molester claimers - I got some parents with kids showing up about 20m distance for the surveillance. Are they plain clothes officers? Or the local concerned citizens hired by the gangs/extremists? That's what the München Police should discover. All, I know is that I got some parents with kids showing up in the church and sat near me. They are not the regular visitors as they don't really know what kind of material they use for the mass. Now wonder, Michael Jackson lived here once and owned a flat. I learned more about such issues as a freelance writer. Is there the issue of Eurasian Union going on with the Russian insiders? I don't really know about that, but seeing so many Russian perps and others who are related with Russia like the Korean perps who lived in Russia, so I can tell that might be part of the local perp's interests.

Well, now I need to tell the core concept of how I could not improve my German. First of all, the classroom is full of gang stalkers. They do the anchoring and gaslighting. I got one good picture of Ignacio, the Spanish guy, wearing NYPD logo sweatshirt. The conversation was also wierd. When I talked about my life in Switzerland and such, I got someone else in the classroom who lived there or worked there. And the teacher would start asking about him for the information from Switzerland. For example, there was a Mormon American guy who was often asked to talk about Switzerland as he worked there. But after the Catholic priest, Thomas, from Zürich came, Thomas was the one to answer such questions. I don't know what is the point of asking someone who lived or worked there to ask about Switzerland, while I got some knowledge much of the Swiss government - ah, I cannot tell much of my what I learned in BiH and such or those people from the embassy might be in trouble.  I can freely tell about these suspicious Americans as I got problem with CIA when I asked the political asylum. You can see, there was the strange censorship of what to say or who to ask about what in the classroom. The teacher has a blue Sieg bottle and talking about it as "my Swiss bottle" all the time. I don't know how far the psychiatric injury is caused from such incident. Can anyone from psychology field tell me about the power harassment possibility in the class?
In another scenario,  there were 5 Muslim men in the classroom and the teacher speaks Arabic. There was one Muslim woman with hijab also attended the class for a short time. She did not complete the class though. There were 2 visitors, one Bosnian and one French women. They came to observe the class. I don't know why there were people like that just showed up, while the teacher did not really do the teaching enthuristic. He just gave us some assignments from the textbook, but we watched the news more often. He also talked about Arabic and the Muslim students often talked about their culture. Meanwhile, when I went out to a beer garden for the school event, there was a Bolivian girl mentioning about Islamic culture in Syria and talking about no alcohol or the Ramadan issues. Another case was that Iman from Tunisia sat next to me after two Russian girls moved to another table. It was during the Ramadan time, and she ordered a glass of coke and then started complaining about she cannot eat or drink till the sun set. It was around 7.30pm, and I don't know how long she suspposed to wait till drink that coke later. So, there were people around me mentioning about Muslim culture quite many time. In one occassion, I got Irish girls in Croatia who were talking about Muslims cannot eat pork while I was cooking seafood in the kitchen. There was no Muslim in the building, but they started the conversation like that. I did not like the way how people around me were talking about Islamic culture. What if I try to be friendly and try to respect them? I would be definitely claimed as possible Muslim, right? I'm Catholic and I don't like to be claimed as Muslim or Jew. Jews were sent to the concentraion camp - the first one is in Dashau, near München. Now some Muslims are sent to Gitzmo or other places by the US Army. I don't wanna get my name on FBI's "Islam Index." I'd rather say Mohammad is a sexist and ped, if that make me forever away from Muslim claims. So, what was the reason so many Muslims in the classroom and even the teacher speak Arabic? And there was a Bible given to Paula, who worked as a flight attendant in Italy. That Bible seemed the Swiss Bile with 4 languages, instead of Rhätoromansch, English was added as the fourth. It was the day after I talked about Swiss Churches in the class.

To make my explanation short, I would just write in the bullet style.

• Censorships of the topic and who to speak
• Someone else often answered before I answer when I was assigned to speak, so I did not have chance for the speech often.
• Motivation down by others who could speak about what I know the best, and the teacher often assigned that person for that topic
• Gaslighting with the NYPD, and other materials in the class
• Totally submissive lectur - there is less time for individual study and the most time was spent for the talking in the group or watching the video
• The grammer collection of the students' writings in the entire group, and mentioning partzip 1, 2 and such from the news materials. If someone else is answering the questions, it is hard to concentrate on listening and guessing. Usually, there are few students who are quick to answer those questions and others just listening the answers.
• V2K and the high-pitched tone on the night before the exam to keep me awake. One time, I noticed that I could hear the air conditioners' noise and some hissing noise around my occipital robe/cellebrum area. I used the ear plug and the outside noise supposed be shut down. Microwave hearing might have some noice noticed on the back of one's skull, so it might be a good example of how my electronic harassment effect is not the natural cause.
• Submiliminal effect: I always got something else to do and could not often keep my study on my top priority. It could be artificial. For example, I thought of finishing new vocaburary, I found out something like do the laundry first, and I had to postpone my extra study. It's just get the inspiration of something else to do, and so many incidents made me to have less study time. I think this is quite normal phenomenon for the unwelcome students. Also, I often got feeling that my answer is not right and get some wrong answer. It could be of those subliminal effect to delay my learning process as if I'm not over 90% sure, I could get the feeling of another possibility as right.
• Synchronized health effects: I saw often coughing, sneezing happened around me while I got such problem. Runny nose just occured for a short time while another person in the same room needed to blow one's nose. I don't know what kind of non-lethal weapon is used, but I think that is something to do with the covert weapons. 

ADHD and other form of trying to reduce human capacity

ADHD and some new psychological disorders have been popular since 70s. Multiple personality and psychopath were the trend in the 90s. Now what? Some researchers speak about the increase of the psychological problem of everyone. Well, as a Targeted Individual and knowing how much the electronic harassment can do, I could say that these issues are part of taking out the people who are not important/unwelcome by the top elites.

ADHD is an attention disorder. It could be done through the V2K, the direct voice hearing. The inner voice would be mimicked by the V2K speaker, so that the people with no knowledge of V2K can think as if that is own will and thought. Who would think the one can get someone's voice heard without a headphone? If it is a V2K, people could check it out with the certain deviced on one's head to check fMRI. Also, if it is ultrasonic bone conduction via implant inside of the ear, it is also checkable. Such tricks would be used with mood changing techniques. CIA has studied quite much of such things in the past from the Operation Midnight Climax in SF, NY, etc to MK ULTRA. We have more faculties around the world with the help of the local cops, just like in these operations above, and the informants.

For the Multiple Personality Disorder, it could be a simple sub-vocal code jacking by the electronic harassment. The TIs, Monika Stokes and Soleimavis, wrote more about such muliple personality disorder trends. But I think that was done by the people capable to use the sub-vocal code jacking. Remember that the US Army got "Brain Jacking" technology and NSA's super computer can do the Remote Neural Monitoring on the citizens. They got one in Utah, and in Germany and Belgium has its faculties for the European monitoring. The sub-vocal code jacking has a problem; the voice from the victim will have the tones and dialect exactly the same as the speaker, who is using the victims mouth like a speaker. It can happen to anyone in a short period or short sentence while the intelligence people wants to manipulate the relationship of the victim and others.

For the activists in the schools and universities, the cops would hire the students to do the harassment/bullying against the activists. These students are treated well by the teachers and professors while they both cooperate with the police as they are hired by the school and the government. The COINTELPRO makes the certain students to be labeled to be fail. It makes it hard to achieve in the class while the army and the special teams would help the COINTELPRO with the covert surveillance devices. The activists would have man-made misfortunes due to them. In the corrupted society, these students can be simply a drop out in the society. That's how the students became hippies during 60s and 70s to have no brain to fight back with social standing in the society while the CIA/FBI could use them for the LSD and other drug researches. The core factors for this school failure are; mobbing/bullying by the informants, character assassination, motivation reduce due to the COINTELPRO, teachers who do not teach effectively but just cover the material on the textbook while they do not share useful knowledges for study. Also, the electronic harassment type subliminal messages can make the student to get the feeling to finish something else first, so that he can postpone study for other tasks. And in a long run, he would have less study time. Another subliminal message would be the EDOM technique to make the student to forget an important thing like the essay due. It could happen in this way, the student would see the calender and mistook the date through the electronic harassment - like seeing the calender but he does not see it while his eyes are blur and get the subliminal message of "The exam would be on 23rd of August, and 23rd of August is Wednesday." The message comes with a strong artificial feeling of certainty. To make it funny, the student won't have a chance to see the calender again but have the strong feeling of "The exam is on Wednesday." Also, the people have the important priority list in memory and they sometimes remember those based on the priority. So, if that priority is messed up with EDOM with tagging technology, they simply forget about the certain thing. Also, V2K voice sending can make the multiple choice question scores really bad as the victim would get the subliminal message to chose the wrong answer believing on the message. I think that part is much easier to figure out as these targeted people would get the ones that they are not 100% sure all go wrong. That's how some students get less than the average by the random choosing in the probability theory. How do we know who would be targeted? The ones the embassies of own county does not like and the ones who are not preferable by the student leaders and police informants. Thus, these people are often targeted including the activists who have own brain rather than following the student leaders hired by the police for the protest control.

I could do much better if I don't get these perps harassing me. I have to do extra things like film chekcing and evidence sorting. Well, that would be the advantage for the informatnts who are doing the coummunist-like surveillance for the cointelpro. Well, NYPD is to scare the 'possible criminal'? I would just share the people doing the blackhundreds like works together. I'm the victim here with strangely stalked and harassed. Any human rights for me??? That's what I wanna ask for Angie later. She won't have problem if I share extremists (cause stalkers are called as anti-government extremists in P.I. David Lawson's book) information as Stasi 2.0 list, right? The mechanism of certain students to have lower grades in the class

Here is my new study on the COINELPRO in the school. This seemed to be happening around the world for taking out Targeted Individuals from the school. I wonder how far bad in the US since 911 for the Muslim students who are not working for the intelligence that is allowed to stay. I met an Iraqi guy who were asylum seeker from Iraq while I was attending at SJSU, and he seemed to be one of the gang stalker there in Rosenberg's English class. There would be more Muslims working for the gang stalking as well as the US military/security officers who want to get some class units. And such choice of unpreferable students might be based on the list made by the country of origin. Who is useful for the US? Who is not useful for their own country? The people abroad are monitored by the foreign embassy offices and the Ministry of Interior would be taking care of them when they are in their country. I could make some videos from my real experiences. That would be much fun than what you can see in Wikileaks as I got some super interesting names on them.

The mechanism of certain students to have lower grades in the class

Crucial Points:

• Class time is used to waste time without teaching new materials.
• Less vocabulary, grammar, formula explanation. This helps to prevent the building of the fundamental level course material.
• Psychological operation in the class, so that the student should not be comfortable in the classroom. This part can be taking care of the police informants and COINTELPRO participants.
• Less practice materials for the repetition of the class material.
• Insufficient explanation of the course material in the class and minimum reviewing material.
• Do not use the textbook, or inadequate textbook choice.
• The informants are taking the class with better level of course understanding, so they are capable of doing their surveillance work instead of being the students just like the targeted student.
• The teacher is also work for the harassment, so the student won't have neutral person in the class.
• The class plan is not organized, so the certain part would be hard to understand and sudden quiz for not covered materials in the class.
• The DOD and the military officials can use Voice to Skull microwave hearing for sending messages to interrupt the students' thought process and concentration in the class.

Minimum teaching technique:

• Audio based teaching with no whiteboard or less handouts. It helps the students to have less materials for review of the class.
• Extra information explanation. It helps to waste time and the students will learn unnecessary things for the exams.
• Less homework. This gives even more less opportunities for reviewing the class.
• The student would be asked to answer for the question that the one is not certain. This is possible by the surveillance camera in the classroom or the teacher walking around to check the exercise the students are doing. It helps to reduce the motivation of studying for the student.
• Talking about daily life and other things for gossiping rather than focus on the course material.
• Visual presentation and exercises come with not necessary information.

Uncommon classroom events:

• Ratio of the students is something artificial. For example, there would be students from certain countries which have something to do with the targeted student's background such as security check interest. For example, if the student speaks Arabic, there would be students from Arabic speaking countries. If the student is the interest of US national security, then there would be students from the USA and they might be interested in the jobs like security or army. Russians, Italians, Mexicans, Swiss, Saudi Arabians, and some other country visitors are often participated in such surveillance.
• There would be sudden visitor from certain countries or other reason.
• Some students might be easily drop the class or suddenly attend the class for a short period of time.
• There would be a veteran, or a security job worker, or an administrative justice, or a psychology major, or a law major students in the class.
• These students might ask certain things to the targeted student for the information gathering. The questions would be what the one wants to do in future, where the one came from, etc.
• These students know each other very quickly and when they form a group, it often has a tendency to oppose the targeted student vs. groups.
• These students would be engaged in the conversation related with something to do with the action or plan of the targeted student.
• They might use the T-shirt logos and other materials for the gaslighting in the classroom.
• The teacher might be engaged in the harassment with other students. That makes the targeted student to be aware of the distance between others in the classroom for the hidden discrimination.
• Other students might leave everything include their wallets in the classroom, as they know there is a surveillance camera set in the room.

The characteristic of the teacher:

• The teacher would be friendly, but the one might be too professional in different fields than the teaching of the material. For example, he might be capable of speaking several languages, but he might not know what is the best method for covering the course material.
• The teacher might be only suggesting the materials that is related for the information gathering from the targeted student.
• The grading and exam checking might be extremely strict against the targeted student.
• The teacher might not make the eye-contact with the targeted student.
• The teacher might be only checking on the targeted student during the exam for cheating.
• The teacher would teach materials not in the order, so that the students in the class cannot learn appropriately without self study for understanding the materials to connect the information by one's own.

Certain comments in the classroom:

• Church workers are working with kids. They don't mention other works like in the garden and other things. In this way, the image of the Catholics are connected with the child molesting and child abuse.
• Wealthy Middle Easterners might be able to buy old properties like the cloister or abbey. This might be related with the pressure on the local churches.

Basic countermeasure:

• 'Perps in school' list for the COINTELPRO/security based harassment. Blowing a whistle when the student informant is walking is practiced at UCB during 60s.
• E-Books/leaflets about the COINTELPRO participating schools.
• “Socialist/communist type school system survival guide” for how to be safe in such environment.
• Explain the mechanism of how to wast students' time w/o proper learning for the open protesting.
• Concentration on getting used to the exams and motivation training to keep up in the course material even under the harassment.
• Keep no worrying for extra electronic harassment such as V2K telling the victim to make the one nervous in the class or at the exam. The artificial mood change can be done by the acoustic weapon.
• Homeland Security, university police, security personals, teachers getting paid by the school, veterans, students from military/intelligence background, police informants are part of such gang stalking (COINTELPRO) team.

How to make a gay-bomb?

I was busy this weekend traveling across two countries. I found V2K or EH seems to be not effective in Austria. It was a bit funny to see how I did not hear the hum like the hauling of the speaker. It could be because the gang stalkers could not track me down across the country so fast. Normally, the EH and other strange things would happen more clearly after moving to somewhere and settle down for few days. And at that point, the Targeted Individual would see some police officers hanging around in the hotel where he lives. I found it as the pattern, but I don't really see what NSA is doing with the remote neural monitoring (RNM). It's possible the gang stalkers would be using such technology shared by the FBI and local extremists, economic hitmen.

I recently found the mechanism of how to make a gay bomb. It's a famous peace prize winner invention, so I don't really know how much effective my theory is in the battle fields. My study is based on EH and the perps around me. Well, my first experience of such strange thing was with Dr. Weiss at SJSU, and recently I got another incident, which gave me better understanding of the strategies. The both incidents were much similar to me in the retrospect; it got others involved in the sex-appeal by the subject, and more of the information is shared in my posting about how to make someone fall in love artificially. The only difference is that how to make someone to accept the same gender as the subject of love. It's more like the persuasion through the subliminal effects to make the target to accept the thought inductions in the theoretical level. However, the persuasion don't work to make the actual move from the target as long as the one is not a moron to do whatever someone says and has own critical thinking and the long term view of one's action with responsibility. For the armies, I think they would simply use the neuro stimulation to increase the effect of sexual desire, which is not used against the civilians.

Ever since I was in California and started to get gang-stalked in SJSU, I was often surrounded by the people with DOD stickers. I often encountered the local police and people seemed to be working as the informants of some kinds. If you check my past posts, you see the DOD sticker cars or someone's DOD contract. So, I think it's easy to prove my part of story and how I got strange electronic harassment and other experiences as a Targeted Individual.

Additionally, DARPA's FY2012 budget states a plan to "initiate investigations into the relationship between...neurotransmitters such as oxytocin, emotion-cognition interactions, and narrative structures." Oxytocin, colloquially dubbed the "love hormone," exploded onto the research scene in the 90s for its demonstrated involvement in emotional behaviors such as parenting and pair-bond formation (it is secreted in the brain by breastfeeding moms and during sex). Interestingly, it's also known to increase feelings of trust and compassion in human subjects dosed with the hormone through their noses, a highly-speculative but possible boon for interrogators looking to extract info from otherwise tight-lipped prisoners. Though still in murky scientific territory, using oxytocin to get confessions from prisoners would likely be a violation of international law. "Under Common Article 3 of the Geneva Conventions, you can't subject any prisoner to inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, and obviously you can't torture them," says George Annas, Professor of Health Law, Bioethics & Human Rights at the Boston University School of Public Health. "If used in a manner against their will, this would be a totally break with international law." But according to Lesley Wexler, Professor of International Humanitarian Law at the University of Illinois, there are many more gray areas to consider. "There is quite a debate about what humane treatment includes, and I would imagine whether oxytocin falls in that category is an open question," she says. Well, in Switzerland, the canton police seems to be helping FBI and the US researchers to work with the people who are interested for them and they can let the informants and "economic hitman" for the gang stalking. You can see what happened in the refugee residence from my past posts.

And recently, I think I learned how the love hormone thing works, and I only made the observation from how that works and sudden change in the characteristics. But I think the patterns of "fall in love" is like what I wrote recently, and I can add some more in future in the different categories like in the chronological order like the subliminal positive thinking of someone specific and such. I wonder if that is used for the army, they can keep the nationalism on the solders to die for nothing. It works good for terrorist making, don't you think? Citizens must be smart enough to stay away from such dangerous mind control in order to have a normal civilized life without wicked activities.
