Did someone write 'Suicidal.....' thesis about me in Foothill College area around 2016?

I heard someone made a big mistake of studying me. I did not visit the US after 2007 and someone else went there as Kentarou Kanda(Krundra)'s Maltese team in East Bay for murder and robbery. Kentarou Kanda stole 17-32 homes and he was evicted after his new shoe store was halted as the stolen home Maltese business. Someone could be at the Foothill College and was a master graduate being. That person wrote a thesis using my model in Silicon Valley in 2013. I was not there and someone else as the same name person visited there for trouble causing. There are troubles of Kentarou Kanda's mass murders and lost people's Jew money funding making to make Jews rich in Santa Clara, CA. I'm not sure of such troubles was acceptable for submitting their documents for the University of Chicago entry. I need to contact the colleges and universities for the real trouble check and such a thesis finding from 2014 to 2016. Someone with the same name accused me and such a person might be one of Miyoko Ishii's case for faking Mossad but funded fake Mossad people around the world later. 

I heard that at least 2 were kidnapped to El Camino Hospital by Fall 2007 after my case in October 2006. Someone else claimed suicidal or dangerous to kidnap someone out from the SJSU happened like this way. A lot of Indians were kidnapped from Hungary and Serbia just like in Silicon Valley for the similar reasons. I found the cases in Silicon Valley and sent them to some Indian Embassies. Thus, Chinese diplomats' intention on Indian, Japanese, Taiwanese, other Asians could be tracked down. Dr. English-Lueck at the SJSU had the incident of other intelligence inviting for hiding her blackmail case around 2014 to be famous.

Mobbing and reporting the TI's suspicious activities.

I found the mobbing to take out someone from the class or workplace is done by the perps there. They are asked to report anything suspicious. I saw some people just leaving somewhere when I communicate with that person or after I made a comment in the room. Also when I work with another person, I found that person only take few suggestions from me and do it all on one's own. So, the result is 95% another person did. Is this how to make a TI useless in the workplace or from the school?

I wonder these might be a psychological analysis. Sometimes, the people around me also act like something weird while I hear someone else is much like crazy like claiming no money, no job, nowhere to go and trying to runaway to small cloister and lock oneself up. I don't know why people get that much worry. I don't have any problem so far, like the time someone stole my wallet in Amsterdam and I only had T/C and some foreign currency till became an asylum seeker in Switzerland. Then I got new credit card and bank card from the banks. Say, I found the way how to get helped from the Virgin Mary and still my life is fine. I wonder why people get desperate that much. They seemed to be working together for claiming the border personality or something. If many people claim something that could be similar to what's on the BSM symptom list after manipulating the fact with their own subjective opinions.

Shall I tell you something funny? I was in the church and was so sleepy and I was barely awake to follow and reply the mass. My eyes were a bit blur and was watching the window. I saw a large cross and felt the feeling of sleepiness that is like the time someone really going to fall asleep. Then I felt like the feeling that it is how the people go to heaven. I don't know if it was done by these electronic harassment, but it was a bit funny as they were just trying to make me sleepy and there was not a actual cross that large on the window. I don't know how that cross image in just a black color came. I was awake enough around the time of the communion, then I looked around the church about how the cross image came. Sometimes, when people stare something for long time and close one's eye, the one can see the object as an afterimage. I thought the cross was like the afterimage. There was a small cross on the alter and nowhere around had the large cross that seemed to be the source of the afterimage. I know I saw the cross at the area near the top window behind the alter, and I could see the shape of the window, so I could see the color of the window as well. This is different from the afterimage. But after seeing it and I was somehow awake and felt much relieved. Perhaps it was done by the normal EH, but it was just strange. I found out the praying really help me to feel good. There are two Catholic churches in the city, but this one seemed to have quiet. 

There is a balcony in the place I live, and someone asked me how to open it. I wonder if that is something the perps around me might do something like throwing my body while I'm asleep and putting me the sleeping gas or something as they got paramedic workers and doctors, and especially the Muslim ones who hate me for what I believe about their religion. I put something behind my sleeping room door, so that I can get my room to be closed all the time. If something happened to me, then you can tell it was a murder. Who want to kill oneself? That's what Dr. English-Lueck made up at SJSU. And others who are working for the US intelligence in Santa Clara Valley Medical Center and El Camino Hospital. I never said such while the perps and the FBI people are expecting their target to commit suicide. The FBI even threatened MLK for his affair they made up to suggest the suicide. My case is like that.

If you check my posting before around July, I think you can find a posting of a material came out from the gum under M1 molar on the right bottom. The same part started swollen, so I was pushing and squeezing around for awhile. Suddenly, the swollen middle area broke and something came out. Here is the picture. If you can check the thing I took picture, please compare this one for the size and the shape. They are very identical and almost same. I don't know what it is but they seemed to have very tiny string attached to the fresh like a match stick.

I'm assuming these might be the power generator or something. Since the swelling does not stop from taking out one or two of these, I'm assuming I might have several more like a dozen of these under my gum tissue. If you know an implant device using something like this that can cause swelling under the skin, please tell me.

By the way, when I was kidnapped in El Camino Hospital, I found M1 molar crown changed the way it was kept. Because of the wisdom tooth growth on the back, M1 molar crown was broken and I had a ditch. One morning when I was in the large bedroom, I found the ditch was gone. So, it may be that happened on the day at El Camino Hospital. In such case, I might be capable to sue the hospital for the human experiment as well as the rape. It was the same day I found I had the bleeding with stomach pain.

Dr. Purrizzo and Project Superhuman

I read this story recently, and found the situation very similar to what happened to me at San Jose State University. If the doctors or teachers in high position knows psychiatrists, they can send students or anyone in lower position to mental hospital to win in the argument without evidences to prove their side. Dr. English-Lueck knows Dr. Sivertsen. Dr. Sivertsen knows Dr. Kent at El Camino Hospital. Dr. Kent works with Dr. Peter Newsom, Dr. Charles S. Lau, Dr. Burr, and so on. How many doctors can make a covert researches using their own kids and others they pick without giving the informed consent? Setting up to make someone fall for drinking steroid would be easier with gang stalking members, isn't it? I think that is how the perps are hired these days. If an athlete goes to a cafe and order a coffee, the waitress would bring a coffee and a glass of water. He would simply drink both without any suspicion. How about the cafe is owned by the parents of the students who goes to his rival school? Or the students from his rival school working as a waitress? That's how the gang stalking can destroy anyone's career or everything through the ethically wrong actions by the fun-seeking group of mobs.

Ah, by the way, Project Superhuman relates with the kids whose parents work for the US military forces. Similar story happened in the kindergarten in South California and the children made the confession that they were brought to basement or met very famous people. The ruin had the basement tunnel. McMartin preschool in Manhattan Beach, CA got more children went through mysterious abuses.

This works so well that many of the parents and teachers think that I am now doing steroids. I am not, but the situation snow balls into some kind of "witch hunt" and they make me take a steroid test. What happened was as I am working out one day Father Jack (the local priest who is always hanging around the kids and the football team) comes into the weight room as I am working out. He says to me "Andy, there is a lot of talk about your steroid usage, and if you admit it to me right now every thing will be all right." "Father Jack" I said "I don't use steroids." He says "I'm going to ask you one more time to admit to using steroids." I look him right in the eye and I say "Look Father, I DON'T use steroids." And he got very angry and says to me and I will never forget this "Don't ever speak to me again you f*cking liar, they are going to hang you by your balls and I am going to be there to watch!"

A few days later Jeff Brown (one of the kids on the team) comes in to the weight room and tells me that Father Jack wants to see me at the grammar school as soon as I am done. When I finish my workout I go up to the school and Father Jack is waiting for me impatiently. He grabs my arm and I get brought in front of some kind of panel in the basement of the grade school located down the street. There are four members of the panel and the rest of the room is filled with teachers and parents. Dr. Purrizzo who is the chief orthopedic surgeon at valley hospital in Bergen county New Jersey. Bergen county is the third most affluent area in the country, and the towns of Saddle River and Ramsey are in the top towns in the country in terms of wealth. Dr. Purrizzo is a heavy heavy hitter in the area if you know what I mean. When President Nixon, who resided in Saddle River before he died, hurt his knee playing tennis Dr. Purrizzo was the surgeon who performed the operation, and for a while was on the Presidential list of referral surgeons. I am standing in front of the panel and he starts pressing me to "admit" that I am doing steroids. And I keep answering that "I DIDN'T DO IT!". He keeps pressing me saying that among the panel they hold seven PHD's and he thinks they know what they are talking about so "make it easy on yourself and just admit it". And I keep telling them that "I DON'T GIVE A SHIT WHAT YOU SAY AND I DON'T CARE WHO YOUR ARE AND WHAT YOUR CREDENTIALS ARE, I DIDN'T DO IT!"

He tells me to take off my shirt to the show the acne on my back, but there is no acne. This sort of thing goes on for a while and he finally tells me to "take off your shorts or admit to doing steroids". What could I do, so I took off my shorts and I volunteered to give a urine sample. I had to piss in a cup in front of the panel as well as everyone else wearing only my sneakers. He is very pissed at me and does not give me my shorts back for quite a while. This whole time one of the other members of the board is Dr. Purrizzoís friend. He is a Psychologist and between the two of them they now start saying that they are going lock me up in for being mentally insane if I don't admit to taking steroids. And again I say "LOOK, I DIDN'T DO IT!". This goes on and on. I had gone through a whole defense proving that I didn't do it and no matter what I said and no matter what proof I presented I was going to be hanged whether I did it or not. Finally I say "Tell me how you know that I take steroids, what's your proof, do you have a camera in my house or something, how do you know?" Finally after much persuasion from the crowd and from myself reluctantly, he begins to explain that he has a degree in genetics, and that he has been studying my genetic code for years. He then goes on to explain how his son's genetic pattern is superior to mine in terms of dominate DNA markers. He had been doing a private "thesis" study showing how through superior genetic breeding and steroid usage he could create a superior human being. He had a test subject and a control subject.

His son was the test subject and I was the control subject. He had been injecting his own son with steroids for years and since his son's DNA pattern was superior to mine, his son, in theory, should have been more physically developed then me. And since he wasn't, Dr. Purrizzo's only explanation was that I must have been taking steroids as well, and he must prove that I was or else his life's work would have been wasted.

This was all a great theory, however the fatal flaw where he had made his mistake was that he had assumed that I was of Italian background because my last name is "Pero". So he was comparing my DNA patterns against the same ones he had used for his son who is Italian. He never bothered to ask if I was Italian, I am NOT. My background is Hungarian, Romanian, and Czech. This makes all the difference in the world, and I manage to get out of there unscathed.

When the test comes back, it is negative, and I tell all those involved that they can go "stick it where the sun doesn't shine." The whole episode is quite funny as I turned their "witch hunt" into a circus, especially my defensive strategy. For the rest of the school year all the people who were at the trial all gave me the dirtiest looks imaginable. All because I had the utter nerve to stand up for my self and say "I didn't do it!" This was Ramsey New Jersey, and the feeling in the air was that they didn't care if I was falsely accused they would not stand for a child talking to them in that manner.

It was all videotaped, and at one time there were several copies floating around. Anyway, as a result of this, I stop using this technique for the present time. But that was far from the end of Dr. Purrizzo. I am 18 years old and in the second half of my senior year of high school. This experience was very scary for the reason that I saw the "adult" world for what it really was. As a child you grow up believing that all adults are "all knowing" and are on top of things. But as I stood there and Dr. Purrizzo is telling me that if I did't admit to taking steroids that he was going to have me committed to a mental institution and have a lobotomy performed on me. As I looked around ALL the other adults just stood around like scared sheep. Not one of them said a word in my defense. This was the strangest feeling, seeing the adult world as a child for what it really was for the first time. I realized then that adults are exactly the same as the children, only they are bigger. There is one bully that runs the show, and everyone else just stands around scared to say anything. Just as they do as children.

Now and for the past several months college football recruiters have been in contact with me both by mail and personal visits as the selection process narrows. I should have been already "signed" by a major University. But since Hyman made me disappear from the college scouts for two years by not playing me. I had fallen out of the "Blue chip athlete loop" and I am now scrambling to find a school. I am talking to two or three smaller division two and division three schools as well as Penn State. Penn State had been where I wanted to go all along but Hyman was trying to cover for what he had been doing to me by lying to the Penn State coaching staff, sending them the wrong films, telling them different statistics things like that, because he didn't want to have to explain why I didn't play at all as a sophomore and hardly as a Junior. Finally he gets exposed, and Penn State offers me a scholarship for my first year and then a "full ride" after that. I was going to get free room and board, all I had to pay for was books and classes (an out of state student was going to be about $3000).

It is the track season, at the county track meet (the championship meet). I win the discus and set the county and state record with a throw of 167 feet and 11 inches. I finish second in the shot put with a throw of 57 feet and 3 inches. AT THIS MEET I VIVIDLY REMEMBER SEEING THE TWO MEN IN MILITARY UNIFORMS WATCHING ME. They were right there, for both events and watched me set the record.

Ever since I had gotten my drivers license I used to like to unwind a little before going home. So I would ride around the area and play music in my car. A few days after the trial while riding around a bronco type vehicle is flashing their headlights at me from behind, so I pull over. This happened on West Saddle River Road, and I pulled into a small parking lot right next to the red building where my step mother used to sell real-estate. It is Mrs. Purrizzo driving the bronco, she is an incredibly beautiful woman (late thirties with a lot of plastic surgery). She was at the trial and during it lets just say that I had made her blush when I was standing in only my sneakers. There is another woman with her. A woman I had never seen before. She had long black hair and dark eyes she was even more beautiful that Mrs. Purizzo. They tell me to get in the back of the bronco (when you are 18 years old and two of the most beautiful women you have ever seen tell you to get in the back of their car it is difficult to resist) so I play along and I do.

Mrs. Purrizzo hands me a small plastic shot glass (like something you would see in a hospital) it has some kind of clear liquid in it and she tells me that it's water and I must be thirsty and that I should drink it. I'm thinking to my self "she has got to be kidding if she thinks I'm going to fall for that." I take the glass and pretend to drink it behind the high back head rest of the drivers seat but in reality place it still full on the floor mat behind the drivers seat. The women then start to giggle and make small talk by telling me how handsome I am, and how big and strong I am. I know exactly what's going on and I play along. I return the complements by telling them that they are the most beautiful women that I have ever seen, and when I look in their eyes I become lost floating on a sea of dreams. I made both of them blush with that one. Then they ask me if I am ready to go with them. "Go where" I ask. "To the hotel room of course" Mrs. Purrizzo answers. "You can go to the hotel room if you want to but I am going home" I say. She asks me "are you sure you don't want to come with us?" she asks. "Positive" I answer and I start to get out of the bronco. "Oh yea" I say "Here is your water back" and I hand them the small plastic shot glass. They look at each other and cannot hold back their smile and look away and to the floor. I get out and say "see you later". I get in my car and drive home.

The next evening at about the same time, but in the exact same spot, and in the exact same car the two women pull me over again. And again I pull onto the same small parking lot on West Saddle River Road. I get out but this time I go only to the window. Mrs. Purrizzo has the drivers window rolled down and says to me "Andy, can you kill this for me" and hands me a coke can with just a little bit left of something left in the bottom. Again I am thinking to my self "who the f*ck does she think she is kidding with this." I say "SURE" and I take the can of coke from her and walk over to the dumpster and toss it in. I walk back to the car and I can tell from the look in her face that she is pissed off. I say "anything else" and I turn my back to her and walk away. I get in my car and drive away.

The next night the same thing happens, in the same spot at the same time. I pull over and get out of my car angry. As I walk over to her bronco I say "Look this stupid game has gone on long enough". She interrupts me and says "Andy, PLEASE just get in because we have to talk." I say "NO", and she begs "Andy, PLEASE!" As she almost has tears in her eyes. Like an idiot I reluctantly get in. This time they have a bottle of Vodka with three small plastic shot glasses. The woman with the black hair pours the three small glasses full and hands me one. I had had enough and I say In a rude tone "DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT I AM SO STUPID TO BELIEVE THAT THAT'S REALLY VODKA IN THAT GLASS!" She says to me "were sorry for fooling with you and want to make peace, will you have a drink with us?" I knew from the get go that what ever she was giving me had to be drugged with something, but at the same time I felt somehow that there was going to be no getting out of this. I was not afraid of Dr. Purrizzo because I really never did steroids and I had nothing to hide, I just wanted it all to be over. So I thought about what to do and finally I said to her ""MRS. PURRIZZO I WILL DRINK THAT GLASS OF WHAT EVER IT IS ON ONE CONDITION AND ONE CONDITION ONLY! IF YOU SWEAR, IF YOU PROMISE THAT YOU WILL NOT LET THEM HURT ME. DO YOU SWEAR YOU WON'T LET THEM HURT ME!" And of course she swears that she won't let them hurt me, and of course like an idiot I drink the glass of "Vodka". I am out with in seconds.

When I wake up I am in a hotel room. I am sitting in a chair and it is very difficult to keep my eyes open, but I can make out several dark figures in various spots around the room. I couldn't keep my eyes open but I could hear. They had given me sodium pentathol and were now going to get the "truth" out of me. I can barley see him but I know it's Dr. Purrizzo. He starts asking me questions. "Andy what kind of steroids do you take?" "I don't use steroids" I answer. I can hear him cursing as he asks me again, "Andy, you wouldn't lie to me would you, I'm going to ask you again, What kind of steroids do you take." And again I answer "I already told you I DON'T USE STEROIDS!" and I hear him ranting and raving. His friend the psychologist then comes over and asks to take a try. The line of questioning changes from direct to indirect questions. He asks "Andy, tell me, where do you buy your steroids?" I answer "I have never bought steroids." He asks "How long have you been taking the steroids?" and again I answer "I've never taken steroids".

And, don't forget this: Dr. Peter Newsom, Dr. Kent, Dr. Charles Lou, Dr. Burr, and other psychiatrists at El Camino Hospital can create a false records of the patients who visited the hospital. It happened to me and thy tried to lock me up for whatever they made up. Also, don't trust Dr. Wigsysivertesn at San Jose State University, or she could claim you as suicidal or dangerous and send you directory to a mental institution using university police officer like Sgt. Laws. CIA operation? You guess...

If you disobey the authorities, you will be claimed as a mentally ill by the psychiatrists

Some new disorders are added to the new edition of the DSM, the psychiatrists' bible. Here is the direct quorte from the article. If you question the authority and their bribery, you might be claimed as mentally ill from delusion. Isn't it wonderful for the people in power? If the CEO is blamed of failure in the project, he can just blame any employee for the mental illness. The pointy-haired boss in Dilbert can just claim anyone for mental disease to keep oneself save one's ass. If a worker got problem with his boss, he can be sent to a mental hospital and get fired with the disease. I wonder how many will be sent to El Camino Hospital (FBI/CIA related psychiatrists) for the human experiment in the silicon valley.

According to the new edition of the Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, this would include those who have “negativistic, defiant, disobedient and hostile behavior toward authority figures.” Other varieties of newly created mental illnesses included being antisocial, arrogant, or cynical.

If you don't obey the authority, Americans can be claimed as mentally ill. What a dictatorship. I would like to see who are the ones to be claimed of this disease. It's not a disease, but the behavioral issue with the certain authority figure. I wonder if the new disorder please President Obama to make people wondering about his birth certificate with some hundreds of layers done by Photoshop. We hope psychiatrists stop using their psychiatrists' bible and start working with the logics and sciences. If they don't know how implants can cause mental problem through the radio wave, they need some education to keep up with the high technology for their jobs.

I think I learned why the gang stalkers love to claim their target as mentally ill and why the psychiatrists help their lies. In my case, I really need to do something with Dr. English-Lueck, Sgt. John Laws, and others at SJSU for their lies on me as suicidal. I don't know how far their lies will follow me to ruin my life. I got voice recording of them making up a false claim on my way to my class on the day I tried to file the discrimination case at the Homeland Security at San Jose. And I was communicating with the Equal Opportunity Service about the students' stalking and harassment on me.

So, when the TI is in another country, the embassy is funding for the gang stalking and gathering people for the gang stalking from different countries? Perhaps, sharing the information of the clarified Japanese perps in foreign countries may prove their relationship with the Japanese government.

海外での集団ストーキングは、日本人と外国人が共同で作業するときがあります。こういった状態から思うに、北朝鮮の日本人・外国人の拉致についても、意外と日本人集団ストーカーが拉致に最適な人物を決めて北朝鮮系に拉致して送ったんじゃないかと思います。南アメリカなどでの人身売買は、アメリカ英語を話すＣＩＡ関係と思われる人々が参加していますし。日本人のhuman traffickingには、日本人の集団ストーカーが加担しているみたいです。北朝鮮の拉致問題も日本政府や大使館は被害者や家族に非協力的でしたし、暗黙の了解として集団ストーキングや不当拉致などがあるなら、政府が一般市民の人権や不当監禁を保護しないのも理解できます。

　そして，我々が警備公安警察による嫌がらせをやめさせる最適な対抗策が，日本の医療機関における精神科で診察を受けて，精神病であるという，カル テを作成してもらう事なのです。

Acupuncture for malfunctioning brain activities. I figured out the small dots above eyelids happened when I was in El Camino Hospital looks like larger needle of acupuncture. I don't know the relation of Dr. Charles Lou and his human experiment on me there. Check out this video. Nowadays, firefighters are getting implanted with RFID. Such covert operations are used to be of the problem for the UFO abductees. Let's imagine how many people in California got chipped already by visiting dentist for root canal work.

When you got chipped, you will hear hissing high pitched noise from right side, just above of your right ear. This man had same experiment and figured it as some sort of electronic device because of the noise. There are devices that does not require to make any noises at all. The white noise might be only to cause the subject to wonder about the noise hearing. It would help the one to go to a psychiatrist's office for the strange problem. I hope people visiting El Camino Hospital are aware of such implants, as I was falsely claimed to be mentally ill just like MKULTRA victims. I don't know what I got implanted on my body at the hospital at all.

Remote Neural Monitoring

The core system of thought reading and thought induction would be based on Remote Neural Monitoring (RNN). I found a good web page for the brief understanding of the technology.

RNM has been developed after about 50 years of neuro-electromagnetic involuntary human experimentations. According to many scientists, within a few years it is expected that DNA microchips will be implanted in the human brain which would make it inherently controllable. With RNM, it will be possible to read and control a person's emotional thought processes along with the subconscious and dreams. At present, around the world, supercomputers are monitoring millions of people simultaneously with the speed of 20 billion bits per second especially in countries like USA, Japan, Israel and many European countries.

What does it do?

For purposes of electronic evaluation, electrical activity in the speech centre of the brain can be translated in to the subject's verbal thoughts. RNM can send encoded signals to the auditory cortex of the brain directly bypassing the ear. This encoding helps in detecting audio communication. It can also perform electrical mapping of the brain's activity from the visual centre of the brain, which it does by bypassing the eyes and optic nerves, thus projecting images from the subject's brain onto a video monitor. With this visual and audio memory, both can be visualised and analysed. This system can, remotely and non-invasively, detect information by digitally decoding the evoked potentials in 30-50Hz, 5 millwatt electromagnetic emissions from the brain. The nerves produce a shifting electrical pattern with a shifting magnetic flux which then puts on a constant amount of electromagnetic waves. There are spikes and patterns which are called evoked potentials in the electromagnetic emission from the brain. The interesting part about this is that the entire exercise is carried out without any physical contact with the subject.

The EMF emissions from the brain can be decoded into current thoughts, images and sounds in the subject's brain. It sends complicated codes and electromagnetic pulse signals to activate evoked potentials inside the brain, thus generating sounds and visual images in the neural circuits. With its speech, auditory and visual communication systems, RNM allows for a complete audio-visual brain to brain link or a brain-to-computer link.

Of course, the mechanism needs to decode the resonance frequency of each specific site to modulate the insertion of information in that specific location of the brain. RNM can also detect hearing via electromagnetic microwaves, and it also features the transmission of specific commands into the subconscious, producing visual disturbances, visual hallucinations and injection of words and numbers in to the brain through electromagnetic radiation waves. Also, it manipulates emotions and thoughts and reads thoughts remotely, causes pain to any nerve of the body, allows for remote manipulation of behaviour, controls sleep patterns through which control over communication is made easy. This can be used for crime investigation and security management.

Such involuntary experiments would be done in many hospitals and other institutions. I assume El Camino Hospital is one of the institution that has been using patients for the experiment. For the gang stalking victims, they are often threatened by the strangers as mentally ill and they are encouraged to see a psychiatrist for their mental problem. Perhaps, if the victims list up the institutions they are encouraged to visit, we might find the trace of how the voluntary experiments have been practiced around the world. Also, some Japanese scientists are part of the study on human brains just like their dream of researches in the space.

Project Artichoke held in Japan, Germany, and Panama

MKULTRA covert mind control operation held in Montreal, Canada, is probably the best known human rights operation by the CIA. However, Project Artichoke which is later named as MKULTRA was the operation held in many countries.

It seems the operation was held in Japan as well as in Germany and Panama. I wonder which Japanese psychiatrists were engaged in the operation. No body really try to reveal such thing. There must be the innocent victims who were used in the operation with the claim of double agents and convenient guinea pigs. I can assume that the people who were thought as communists would be tortured by the National Public Safety Commission (Kokka Koan Iinkai) because the Koan agents were responsible for the surveillance on communists at that era. Maybe sending people on the governments' blacklist to the mental institution has been routinly done since Project Artichoke. The method would be simple; the police and intelligence informants build up a suspicion on the individual or tricks the one to be suspicious, then they make the claim of the one to be mentally ill and that claim must be recognized as the purpose of social assassination of the individual's character in the society. Also, the psychiatrists can simply make up a diagnosis and kidnap the individual in their hospital for the covert operation. I can tell that is what Dr. Peter Newsom, Dr. Robert Burr, Dr. Charles Lou are up to in El Camino Hospital. I have the evidence of illigal kidnapping from my hospital record about them.

Dr. Harold A. Abramson and his child abuse

Psychiatrists are in the position to do anything they want on their patients. If they want to experiment a new method like electroshock, they can try it without an informed consent from the patient because the one supposed to be crazy and cannot understand what human right is. There are many psychiatrists who took the advantage of their position to exploit the patients' will and human rights, I think someone should right about the hidden enslavement in modern history by the psychiatrists. If it is about the intelligence tagging with psychiatrists, no one, even the law and law enforcement, cannot help the victims. I think such exercise of the mad scientists are nothing better than Nazis and 731 units' practices.

Dr. Bender's LSD Experiments on Children

Shortly after deciding to initiate her own LSD experiments on children, Bender attended a conference sponsored by a CIA front group, the Josiah Macy Foundation. The conference focused on LSD research and featured Dr. Harold A. Abramson as a presenter. In 1960, Abramson conducted his own LSD experiments on a group of six children ranging in age from five to 14 years of age. A few short months after the Macy Foundation conference, Dr. Bender was notified that her planned LSD experiments would be partially and surreptitiously funded by the Society for the Investigation of Human Ecology (SIHE), another CIA front group then located in Forest Hills, New York. The Society, headed by James L. Monroe, a former US Air Force officer who had worked on top-secret psychological warfare and propaganda projects, oversaw about 55 top-secret experiments underwritten by the CIA. These projects involved LSD, ESP, black magic, astrology, psychological warfare, media manipulation, and other subjects. Apparently, Bender's work with children and LSD raised some concerns at the CIA's Technical Services Division (TSD). A 1961 TSD memo written to Monroe questioned the "operational benefits of Dr. Bender's work as related to children and LSD," and requested to be kept "closely appraised of the possible links between Dr. Bender's project and those being conducted under separate MK/ULTRA funding at designated prisons in New York and elsewhere."

In 1960, Dr. Bender launched her first experiments with LSD and children. They were conducted within the Children's Unit, Creedmoor State Hospital in Queens, New York. The LSD she used was supplied by Dr. Rudolph P. Bircher of the Sandoz Pharmaceutical Company. (Dr. Bircher also provided Bender with UML-491, also a Sandoz-produced product, very much like LSD but sometimes "dreamier" in effect and longer lasting.) Her initial group of young subjects consisted of 14 children diagnosed schizophrenic, all under the age of 11. (Because diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia, autism, and other disorders have changed over the decades, one cannot assess what actual conditions these children really had.) There were 11 boys and three girls, ranging in age from six to ten years old.

Jean Marie is almost seven years old. She came here nearly a year ago after her parents abandoned her to the care of an aunt who had no interest in raising her. Marie, who prefers to be called Jean, is shy, withdrawn, and distrustful of most adults she encounters. There are reports she may have been sexually molested by her uncle ... Despite her withdrawn nature she smiles easily, and enjoys the company of other children. After receiving LSD on three occasions earlier this month, Marie ceased smiling at all and lost any interest in others her age ... In the past week, she seems to have become easily agitated and has lost any interest in reading, something she seemed to very much enjoy before treatment.

In a published report on her 196 LSD experiments with 14 "autistic schizophrenic" children, Bender states she initially gave each of the children 25 mcg. of LSD "intramuscularly while under continuous observation." She writes: "The two oldest boys, over ten years, near or in early puberty, reacted with disturbed anxious behavior. The oldest and most disturbed received Amytal sodium 150 mg. intramuscularly and returned to his usual behavior." Both boys were then excluded from the experiment.

The 12 remaining children were then given injections of 25 mcg. of LSD and then days later were each given 100 mcg. of LSD once a week. Bender's report states: "Then it was increased gradually to twice and three times a week as no untoward side-effects were noticed.... Finally, it was given daily and this continued for six weeks until the time of this report."

Bender's findings and conclusions concerning her LSD experiments indicated she found the use of the drug promising. Bender reported: "In general, they [the children] were happier; their mood was 'high' in the hours following the ingestion of the drug ... they have become more spontaneously playful with balls and balloons ... their color is rosy rather than blue or pale and they have gained weight." Bender concluded: "The use of these drugs [LSD, UML-401, UML-491] ... will give us more knowledge about both the basic schizophrenic process and the defensive autism in children and also about the reaction of these dilysergic acid derivatives as central and autonomic nervous system stimulants and serotonin antagonists. Hopefully these drugs will also contribute to our efforts to find better therapeutic agents for early childhood schizophrenia."

In an article published in 1970, Dr. Bender reported on the results of LSD dosing upon "two adolescent boys who were mildly schizophrenic." She reported that the boys experienced perceptual distortions. They thought the researchers were making faces at them, that their pencils were becoming "rubbery," and one boy reported the other boy's face had turned green. The boys began to complain that they were being experimented upon. Even so, Bender and her associate continued the two male adolescents on a regimen of 150 mcg. per day, in divided doses, of LSD. While one of the boys supposedly "benefited very much," Bender reported that he later returned to the hospital as "a disturbed adult schizophrenic." The other boy kept complaining that he was being experimented upon and they stopped giving him LSD, not because of the drug's effects itself, Bender explained, but "because of the boy's attitude towards it," which she attributed to "his own psychopathology."

Dr. Bender's LSD experiments continued into the late 1960s and, during that time, continued to include multiple experiments on children with UML-401, a little known LSD-type drug provided to her by the Sandoz Company, as well as UML-491, also a Sandoz product. Bender's reports on her LSD experiments give no indication of whether the parents or legal guardians of the subject children were aware of, or consented to, the experiments. Without doubt, parents or guardians were never informed that the CIA underwrote Bender's work. Over the years, there have been multiple reports that many of Bender's subject children were either "wards of the State" or orphans, but the available literature on the experiments reveals nothing on this. The same literature makes it obvious that the children had been confined to the Creedmoor State Hospital for long periods of time and that many, if discharged, needed "suitable homes or placements in the community." There is also no evidence that any follow-up studies were conducted on any of the children experimented upon by Dr. Bender. Today, Dr. Bender is best known and highly regarded in some circles as the creator of the Bender-Gestalt Test, which measures motor skills in children.

On Bender's use of LSD on children, Dr. Leon Eisenberg said years later: "She did all sorts of things. Lauretta Bender reached success in her career long before randomized controlled trials had even been heard of. She didn't see the need for trials of drugs because she was convinced she knew what worked." (See: "A History of Autism: Conversations with the Pioneers" by Adam Feinstein, Wiley-Blanchard, 2010.) Many other physicians speaking privately were far less diplomatic in condemning Bender's LSD work, but, still today, many are reluctant to criticize her, and, remarkably, many of the aging stalwarts of the arguable "virtues" and "potential" of LSD continue to cite her work with children as groundbreaking science.

Today, nearly 60 years beyond the horrors of Dr. Bender's CIA-sponsored experiments on children, few people are aware that they were conducted. For most people, regardless of their awareness of the experiments, it is difficult to fathom how intelligent, highly educated physicians and scientists could partake in such brutal, uncaring, unethical and illegal experiments on children. What was the basis of their motivation? Was it the quest for some sort of elusive medical grail? Was it for economic gain? Or was it simply the result of a misguided search for knowledge that appeared so infinitely important that any sense of compassion and respect for human rights and dignity was cast aside in the name of a higher goal or good - a search at times so exhilarating with the sense that one is at the precipice of a momentous discovery that any semblance of respect for humankind was thrown aside?

One can easily come to any and all these conclusions simply by reading the professional papers of such scientists and researchers. Not once do any of these papers express concern for the subjects at hand or denote any pangs of conscience at violating any oaths, codes and statutes regarding patient rights, human rights or human dignity. That America's most shameful period of human experimentation, the years 1950 through to about 1979, came on the heels of the making and adoption of the Nuremberg Codes only adds to the shame and hypocrisy. Today, human experimentation is still aggressively conducted by US government-sponsored and employed physicians and scientists regardless of those codes, which came directly out of the shocking madness of the Nazi era. That government-sponsored experimentation still occurs makes a mockery of any governmental efforts, however valid, to protect people from science run amok - and a nation that uses its young, its children, for such pursuits is a nation whose commitment to human rights and democratic principles should be seriously questioned and challenged.

I found a quite good explanation about TI and electronic harassment. Sometimes the victims have hard time to explain their friends about the problem. If a victim only talks about his or her experience, the perps might take the one to a mental hospital to shut the one's mouth. The below writing explains everything with quite good historical background. I think this is something any new TIs and the victims must know about. The electronic harassment is nothing only few people in the neighborhood or workplace. It is much bigger scale and there are more people suffering from it.

By the way, I thought this writing seems to be a safe piece of evidence that the TIs should carry to tell to their friend about the social problem. People educate others about dangerous vaccinations, toxic materials in the environment, and so on. The same thing can be done with crucial and much mature information about electronic harassment.

National Geographic airing about CIA's Secret Experiments

I don't know how many of you checked this one already. But it seems quite interesting for the victim of government's covert operations. One of my victim friend shared it in his blog posting, and I am trying to share it with others here in my blog. I don't know if anyone can watch it on time. If it's about psychiatrists' wrongdoing including the violation of informed consent matters, I can share the names of the ones involved in the operation around Silicon Valley. Dr. Wiggsy Sivertsen is the one who made up the claim of me as suicidal. My voice recording of the previous meeting shows how she warned not to bring the discrimination against a foreign student to a lawsuit. I don't really see why I was suddenly claimed as suicidal like that. Dr. English-Lueck said they decided, so those working for the CIA at San Jose State University can help students to be the victim of the government's secret operations.

Santa Clara Valley Medical Center Psychiatric Services are also part of the ring. They made up the story of me as "suicidal and danger to others" after I was transported from the SJSU campus when I was on my way to a class. I thought that was just a mistake people made and tried to explain how I was wrongly brought there. However, the people working in the hospital did not listen. The African American security guard took my stuffs including rosary. They did not even try to help me prove I was not suicidal. They only asked to stay in the hospital, and I had urine examination twice. The female psychiatrist I met asked to sign the form that anyone can contact the hospital for searching me and the hospital can share the information about me. I think what they have done was all wrong for helping the patient. In a normal situation, all I had to do was to show my voice recording with Dr. English-Lueck how I had no idea why they started making up suicidal claim and I denied to be so. Because the hospital workers in Santa Clara Valley Medical Center was primitive in mind and could not even know how to prove someone not suicidal. So, if you study or work in Silicon Valley and was wrongly sent to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center Psychiatric Services for being a whistleblower, try to be ready to contact a lawyer and have some small change to use the public phone in the lobby. That would help you to bail out from the mental hospital quickly before you go through the sterilization and other covert operations later.

El Camino Hospital is another place where patients are held for covert operations. Dr. Peter Newsom, Dr. Robert Burr, Dr. George Lau, Dr. Kent are part of the covert operations (if not they are paranoia psychiatrists who believe in something they imagine rather than trying to see the objective evidences). Dr. Peter Newsom and Dr. George Lau made up a story of how to fit the claim of me as "suicidal and danger to others" and half of their writing was wrong. They did not even know my situation and made up things. I wonder how many of their patients got how much collect information on their records. I shared their unprofessional writings on my videos about El Camino Hospital, so you can see the examples. Dr. Robert Burr was the one who forced me to agree canceling the investigation by the Equal Opportunity Services of the discrimination case. All the psychiatrists in El Camino Hospital is trying to protect SJSU. Why? Dr. Kent is an old friend of Dr. Wiggsy Sivertsen, the director of the SJSU Counseling Services. And many SJSU students and graduate works at the hospital. Their ties are strong. The CIA has been recruiting at SJSU, so you can see how the hospital has been used for other things for the agency.

If you study with Dr. Wiggsy Sivertsen at San Jose State University, I think you can learn how to work on the black operations for the psychiatrist. One of her student, taking master in Psychology and was a Japanese American short and small woman with a long hair, was one of the gang stalking member who was working at Santos Supermarket one block from my apartment. I think she graduated in few years since it was master degree. That's another potential psychiatrist who will only do the harm for the patient for the secret experiment. Dr. Sivertsen is said as the activist in the 60s. You know the snitch jacket. The truth would probably the opposite. She might be helping to terminate the activists from the campus – I can tell this from my own experience.

I believe sharing the dangerous psychiatrists are important for the public. Otherwise, they might become another victim of the government's operation. Remember MK ULTRA. The one who suffered only a minor depression was kept in the hospital for the experiment. I think we should have right to avoid the hospitals and doctors who are engaged in covert operations.

If you are wondering what I am doing, I might be able to share some information. Currently I am doing some research on the concentration camps in East Europe. I have read the information about the "rendition" of the CIA. So, I am trying to learn how the past concentration camps looked like. It's quite interesting to know these happened in the other side of the Europe while most people interested in Nazi camps and Japanese American camps in the US. People should learn from the past and I hope the knowledge would help me to do something to prevent such misery in future and to protest against the ones happening now even under the Obama administration. Obama got the Nobel Peace Prize, but the kidnapping by his country's agencies continues around the world. I feel that is really strange.

Amy White - the social worker graduated from SJSU working at El Camino Hospital

Here is another evidence I found how "SJSU connection" was at El Camino Hospital. I was talking about SJSU students/faculty harassment ring, and somehow I had a social worker graduated from SJSU. To know about it, check out LinkedIn. It's nice to know how people are connected in these days. So, they can engage in mobbing or other form of discrimination against certain people - Targeted Individuals.

I'm not sure if I met Amy White on the day of admission. Jeniffer, the Chinese American occupational therapist, asked me questions like where I parked my car and other information.

The social worker I had would be Naomi Gourd? or someone. I could be wrong. But she was from the office in Downtown San Jose, and she did not continue her work due to her pregnancy to prepare for the delivery. At that point, I was introduced to another White and large woman to take her position. I think it was Friday, October 20th, 2006.

Anyway, according to Amy White's writing, she checked "suicidal" as the major reason. I wonder if her explanation of "Pt has been video taping students/counseler as 'evidence'" relate with suicidal thought claim that she made. My voice recordings of the conversation with Dr. Wiggsy Sivertsen prove that I had no proper counseling in the session. As the SJSU international student service advisers ignored me, I just thought psychiatrist as another choice to contact. If Dr. English-Lueck did not suggested me to talk to Dr. Sivertsen, I was not be considered to have mental health record at the school.

The good thing is Amy White wrote that "Pt placed on 5150 from SJSU Counseling Service." This is another evidence of SJSU Counseling Service was behind of the fake suicidal and danger to other claim.

I'm thinking how much vote people made for SJSU Counseling Service claimed "danger to self" and "danger to others" rather than the claim of I "wanted" to see the dean and police came to take me to EPS thing.

Dr. Sivertsen thought me suicidal while I denied and was just on my way to my class, what was the point of the 5150? Dr. Peter Newsom wrote " I wanted to see the dean" while Dr. Sivertsen claimed 5150 somewhere. Dr. Sivertsen just warned me I should not bring the discrimination case to lawsuit and said "you are none of American citizen" in the talk. Yes, I am not an American citizen and my rights were violated by Dr. English-Lueck, Sgt. John Laws and others. Canadian MKUTRA victims are also non-US citizens. I really don't like people making up story as if someone is being suicidal. I really wanna know why how many people thought me suicidal at all. And what was the point of Dr. Wiggsy Sivertsen claiming me "danger to others"? Does she treat anyone visit the SJSU Counseling Service to be self-destructive and violent to others? I had no intention to harm people and I was the one visited SJSU UPD the week before to get help from the police officer I filed the discrimination case. So many people related with SJSU make up stories. Isn't it a sign of organized crime like what cults do?

El Camino Hospital nurse made up the story - who wrote this fake statement?

The serious problem El Camino Hospital and other mental hospital make to keep their treatment is seeing everything from either doctors' or nurses' view. If the patient denies, the nurse can just make up a story as if it was from the patient.

I was wondering why Dr. Peter Newsom and Dr. George S Lau wrote as if I wanted to see Dr. English-Lueck and police came to take me to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. El Camino Hospital psychiatrists and nurses seemed to make up a story that seemed to fit why I was sent to there. You know, it's not scientific nor medical practice. They did not even give me a chance to share my voice recording evidence with Dr. English-Lueck, Sgt. John Laws and another police officer. If El Camino Hospital was engaged in kidnapping patients for human experiments, it makes sense why they need more people in their wards. In another posting, I show how I mysteriously had bloody nose one day and had a suspicious evening conference with a nurse telling me a breathing technique to use one's stomach. The two days before I was released from the hospital, I had bleeding from the bottom when I woke up. The people were talking how I was raped by Dr. Weiss and Dr. Gonzalez. If SJSU faculties were able to decide or make up whatever they want, then I think that was possible. When people are connected, they can help each other for their own benefits forgetting ethics or moral.

Can you guess what serious logical mistake these - SJSU anthropologists, UPD, Dr. Sivertsen, Santa Clara Valley Medical Center Acute Psychiatric Services and El Camino Hospital workers with Ph.D did??

According to the documents, Dr. Wiggsy Sivertsen supposed to be the one who put 5150 on me while I supposed to visit the dean's office to discuss about the tapes I filmed. My voice recording proves that Dr. English-Lueck suddenly showed up in front of my class and asked to have small talk in the Anthropology department. Police officer were there already in the department. Why psychiatrists at El Camino Hospital made up another story about how I wanted to see Dr. English-Lueck and I was handcuffed by the police? If Dr. Sivertsen claimed me "danger to self" and "danger to others" on that day talking with Dr. English-Lueck and other SJSU anthropology professors' to cover up the Dr. Elizabeth Weiss' scandalous past, then El Camino Hospital psychiatrists did not have to make up another story as if to claim me "danger to others" and "gravely disabled" later. Too much covering up the truth makes the claim really obvious. Telling everything to police can be thought as danger to self and others. That's I have as the fact of how SJSU faculties react. I think that is a corporate culture. If I wanted to talk to dean about my evidence and was caught by the police, then what was the point Dr. Sivertsen claimed me "danger to self" or "danger to others"? I did not say I visited the dean's office to talk about my evidence at all. Now, what these people in El Camino Hospital writing? Are they paranoia believing things they imagined? What I want is a logical explanation of what they have done. If they have Ph.D, they should be more logical and professional for their jobs unless they work only for bribery or the government intelligence. I believe people should put their professionalism for their jobs.

I hope the people with Ph.D can act much professional. Oops, SJSU anthropologists may be able to make up things as I've done a research in Dr. Darrah's class to make up the result. Dr. Darrah had the conclusion no matter how many students conducted surveys with friends and family members living outside of San Jose. That project was for small areas of San Jose. People able to make up lies can keep their job. The ones care about ethics would easily lose their jobs.

No one blames Americans. They are capable to kidnap people around the world for whatever their selfish reasons. Japanese Americans were not the only one who was sent to American concentration camps during WWII. Americans took Peruvian Japanese also. CIA's Secret concentration camps are everywhere.

So, this nurse would be the one who made up the story of me speaking "People taping me and thinks I'm a German spy" quotation. Dr. Peter Newsom and Dr. George S Lau used the same fake quote. Dr. Newsom I met on Oct 19th and Oct 20th for less than 15 minutes in total. And I only met Dr. Lau in 17th or 18th. I really don't know how they made up a quotation like "police came and took me to EPS." This nurse quoted a professional word, EPS. How could I know about EPS and able to explain? I hope El Camino Hospital hires nurses who knows the difference of quotation and one's own thought. Well, SJSU nursing major students work there as interns, so that should show the level of what they can do. Is this nurse can I sue for "malpractice" and lack of knowledge of the difference between quotation and one's own thought? At least, this nurse wrote about me denying suicidal or danger to others. The nurse at the admission made up to mark "suicidal" to make the situation looked reasonable. I denied to be suicidal nor danger to others and that what I claimed

MKLUTRA victims had chance to learn the truth, so I'm trying to do what I can do to know the truth.


Here is another part from different nurse. You can see the comment "I don't know why I was brought here." That's a collect quote as I can remember that's what I said on the day I brought to El Camino Hospital. At Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, I was asked to stay over night and I did not know why I was already claimed as suicidal. I thought staying one night is only to make sure I was fine and no intention of suicide that Dr. English-Lueck claimed. In retrospect, what I needed was to call a lawyer - well the timing of after 6PM to send me to mental hospital would prevent this option though.

El Camino Hospital - how a SJSU student claimed as suicide possibility ends up to be claimed as "danger to others" and "gravely disabled"

This is a video focused on the El Camino Hospital's role of keeping me for 6 days. I don't know why someone claiming me "suicide possibility" can bring Dr. Peter Newsom to conclude me as "danger to others" and "gravely disabled."

I only met him twice. On October 19th, 2006 about 10 minutes at the lobby outside of my room (Rm #102?), and October 20th when he pushed me to sign the voluntarily patient form. Some how Dr. Newsom wrote about contacting with Dr. Sivertsen on the day I was transported to El Camino Hospital. The below is the last part of the writing. You can read the previous part in another posting or in the video below.


I wonder if he contacted Dr. Wiggsy Sivertsen later, I am not sure why I was thought as "danger to others" and "gravely disabled." The last time I talked with Dr. Sivertsen was about the lawsuit and contacting with lawyers about students discrimination. I guess psychiatrists job is to do the "victim blaming" to make others happy. I don't know how many SJSU students or even the people in Silicon Valley experienced something similar to what I experienced. If you know another victim, please contact me. I only know Ms. Heather Cooper was another victim of Sgt. John Laws who believes something he imagines rather than fact. You can hear another police officer, Bxxx? the one who practiced Judo in Tokai University and got bronze medal, talking about how "Laws says we believe..." I denied to be suicidal, but the SJSU police took me to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center without listening to me. I wonder what Dr. Wiggsy Sivertsen made up and told to Dr. Peter Newsom. I know Dr. Sivertsen is a good friend of Dr. Kent at El Camino Hospital. And SJSU nursing major students work there.

SJSU and El Camino Hospital - Medical Malpractice? A Video

Here is the video I created from the new information about my case. I added the evidences about how I was diagnosed in the all three categories for the involuntary patient - danger to self, danger to others, and gravely disabled.

I was just on my way to my class at SJSU. Because of the communication with Dr. English-Lueck and 2 police officers, I was claimed as suicidal possibility. Less than half a hour later, I was claimed as "danger to self" and "danger to others." No body believed me I had no intention to harm myself.

And somehow the psychiatrists at El Camino Hospital did not even believe my story and made up the documents. In the previous postings and the picture in the video, you can see how half of Dr. Peter Newsom and Dr. George S Lau wrote down was false. If the doctors did not know what the actual condition or the circumstance the patient was, how could they do any diagnosis or treatment properly? Psychiatrists are nothing more than witch doctors. They believe something that does not come with facts and drug the patients. If it was only about "suicidal potential," I would be out from the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center easily after the SJSU police brought me there. The psychiatrist there also did not believe me. I had no intention of suicide but was thought so. Tell me who is having delusion and claimed me as suicidal? - Dr. Wiggsy Sivertsen, Dr. Peter Newsom, Dr. George S Lau, Dr. Carorine Cribari, Dr. Robert Burr, Dr. Kent, Dr. Greenfield, Dr. English-Lueck, and who else?

And why I had a group couseling (relaxation technique) at 8PM on October 22nd, 2006? It was Sunday but the nurse held the session. There are so many other issues to explain about how much things went wrong. like the SJSU student nurse interns talking about I was raped by anthropologists. More of my memory have been proven by the documents from the hospital. Now, I wanna know if that Mary something lived in the room 108? was a CIA/cultural anthropologist expert in Chinese culture. She is a tall Hispanic-looking woman with short hair and talkes English, Spanish, and Mandarin.

１０月１６日ーＤＨＳで証拠提出用の書類入手→クラスに向かう途中で学部長と接触→学部長に執拗に迫られて一緒に彼女のオフィスに向かう→学部で警官が待機→ 手錠を掛けられる→学部長によるとＥＭＡＩＬを見て自殺の可能性を考えたらしい（警察に証拠を持っていくとＥＭＡＩＬには書いてたんですが・・)→強制的に精神病院に連行される→なぜか「自殺」「他人に危害を加える恐れがある」との診断が下される→病院に隔離

ピーター・ニューソム医師もジョージ・Ｓ・ラウ医師も、私が自ら望んで学部長に会いに言って、警官が登場して病院に連れて行ったって書かれてるんですが。医師が二人して事実とは異なった文書を書いてるのは変ですよね。録音テープには、私が分けもわからず手錠を掛けられたってのも、自殺も否定してるのもはっきり証拠として残ってるんですが。たぶん、録音してなかったら、医者の説明が正しいと思われるんでしょうね。

医者の文書が間違いだらけなのは、むしろ医者の医療ミスを証明してますね。状況を飲み込めてない医者が２人も揃って患者の治療をするってのは、どうなんでしょうね？確認もなしに入院手続きを済ませたら薬を処方するキャロライン・クリバリ医師も、別の文書では証明されてます。集団ストーキングって、精神科に通うことを加害者は勧めることが多いわけですが、医者も出鱈目な診断ができる人たちが揃ってます。私の場合は、シリコン・バレーでの記録ですね。

とりあえず、６時１６分の５１５０の書類が、ＳＪＳＵカウンセリング・サービスの責任者シバーテセン教授によるものだとすると、警官が私を精神病院に連れて行った後での鑑定になりますね。実際に学部長と話をしたのは授業の始まる６時前です。それから２０分以内にシバーテセン教授が５１５０を書いたのだとすると、話が矛盾します。イングリッシュ・ルイック教授に会わなかったら、精神病院なんか行く理由も無かったんですけどね。５分だけ話があるからって付いていったのが間違いでした。学校ぐるみでの嫌がらせの場合は、やっぱりどの教授も信用するべきではないですね。彼らのせいで、学生のハラスメントのEqual Opportunity Servicesによる監査も台無しにされました。

Gravely Disabled but able to surf the Internet

Here is the good example of how Dr. Peter Newsom at El Camino Hospital did something awkward. He allowed me to use the Internet to check my school schedules and diagnosed me as "gravely disabled" about 3 hours later. I guess he needed to arrow me to use the Internet to reply the email from the director of the Equal Opportunity Services. She wrote to me to make an appointment.

From the beginning Dr. Peter Newsom observed me to conclude no intention of harm to self or others. But he did not let me leave the hosptial. I supposed to be mentally ill. I think Dr. Peter Newsom is actually paranoia as he does not know the definition of "gravely disabled" status. Can a person gravely disabled (unable to find food, clothes, shelter, by oneself) know how to use the Interent?? I really do not understand why the psychiatrist like Dr. Newsom does not know the definition from DSM-IV or even the common sense. This is same for Dr. Wiggsy Sivertsen of SJSU, who claimed me of suicidal and put 5150 on me. Telling everything to police is considered as suicidal at SJSU. Maybe such delusions and misinterpretations of psychiatry, the SJSU nursing major students can work without problem at El Camino Hospital. If you mention the corruption in the organization, you can be claimed as paranoia. If you accept the corruption or already gone insane to know what is moral or humanity, you would have no problem staying together with other corrupted people.

Thanks for the Blue Cross of California, the psychiatrists and the hospital were paid for what they have done to me. Everything was paid by the large group SJSU insrance.

There is a blank part on the document when Dr. Newsom changed my status to "gravely disabled." But you can find what happened at that time in another document. I do have common sense, and I know the "gravely disabled" definition.

Evidence of Third Party Assistance Must Be Considered

It is well-established that a person is not gravely disabled within the meaning of the LPS Act if he or she is capable of safely surviving in freedom with the help of willing and responsible family members, friends or third parties. See Conservatorship of Early (1983) 35 Cal.3d 244; Conservatorship of Neal (1987) 190 Cal.App.3d 685; Conservatorship of Wilson (1982) 137 Cal.App.3d 132; Conservatorship of Davis (1981) 124 Cal.App.3d 313. In Early, the California Supreme Court made clear that the trier of fact on the issue of grave disability must consider the availability of third party assistance in making its determination, but only if credible evidence of such assistance is adduced from any source at the trial of the issue.

Grave Disability Defined Narrowly

In Conservatorship of Smith (1986) 187 Cal.App.3d 903, the California Court of Appeals, First Appellate District, stressed that a finding of grave disability must be supported by an "objective finding that the person, due to mental disorder, is incapacitated or rendered unable to carry out the transactions necessary for survival or otherwise provide for her basic needs of food, clothing, or shelter." Id., at 909. The Smith court went on to state that "bizarre or eccentric behavior, even if it interferes with a person's normal intercourse with society, does not rise to a level warranting a conservatorship except where such behavior renders the individual helpless to fend for herself or destroys her ability to meet those basic needs for survival. Only then does the interest of the state override her individual liberty interests." Id.

In sum, in order to support a finding of "grave disability," the person must (1) presently (2) be unable to provide for food, clothing and shelter (3) due to a mental disorder (4) to the extent that the failure to do so results in physical danger or harm to the person. In making this determination, the trier of fact must consider the availability of third party assistance to the person if credible evidence of such assistance is produced at the hearing.

It is so funny that psychiatrists at El Camino Hospital do not know the common sense. They don't believe facts like audio tapings nor know common sense, but they(witch doctors) have MD and Ph.D titles.

Dr. George Lau and Dr. Peter Newsom of El Camino Hospital – How much is true in these doctors' notes!!!

Here are the two documents from the Dr. George Lau and Dr. Peter Newsom who kept me in El Camino Hospital. What made me disturbing was their comment about Dr. Wiggsy Sivertsen claimed me as “danger to self” and “danger to others.” Also, their description of how I was transported to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center Acute Psychiatric Services. Let me show who are the really delusional people.

Dr. Peter Newsom wrote:

The patient was made 5150 by the counseling staff at San Jose State, namely Wiggsy Sivertsen, phone number 924-5941, as danger to self and danger to others dated 10/16/06 at 6:16 p.m. The 5150 states that she made statements of a self destructive and suicidal nature and was a danger to self and others. The patient described as being under the care of Wiggsy Sivertsen in the counseling service, currently a senior at San Jose State majoring in anthropology, feeling that she has been ridiculed and harassed by colleagues and teachers..

.....

The patient feels her current stresses are about “people taping me and thinking about I am a German spy.” The patient feels that other students are spies and she is taking their conversations and taping them talking these tapes to the dean. She then wanted to talk to the dean about the “conspiracy” but the police came into her to EPS. The patient believes that she is trying to get this tape recording and video evidences in order to prove that there is a harassment conspiracy at school.

Dr. George S Law wrote (this one is much simple):

This 29-year-old Japanese student was admitted to the hospital with symptoms of acute psychosis. The patient is a graduate student in anthropology at _____ State University. She has been under the care of the school counselor for the past few years. Apparently, the patient had delusions that there is a “conspiracy ring” in the school, and teacher's, student's, and consolers are all part of that. She became paranoid and started taking videotapes of conversations with students and counselor as “evidence.” She then submitted the videotapes to Homeland Security on 10/15/06. She feels that her current stress is about “people taping me and thinking I am a German spy.” She was going to talk to the dean about the conspiracy, but the police came, got her into EPS instead. She states that she had poor sleep, and normally takes over-the-counter remedies for sleep. She denied any suicidal or homicidal ideation at this time.

You can see the rest at the bottom of this posting. First, I would address, few problems. Both psychiatrists has mistakes.

Dr. Peter Newsom's mistakes on his note:

1. The “danger to self” and “danger to others” was claimed by someone at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center Acute Psychiatric Services. I did not see Dr. Sivertsen at SJSU, as I visited DHS around 3pm to get the form to submit the information.

2. “her current stresses are about 'people taping me and thinking I am a German spy.' - nice quotation used both by Dr. Newsom and Dr. Lau. To be precise, the German spy claim was done by Alex and others in Dr. Kelly Glober's LING101 class. And the filming is about the ones lives above my room in Pavona Apartment, San Jose. I found some students occupied in the room since July 2006.

3. “her professor and counselor may be part of the same ring” - this false suicidal claim can prove their false accusation or not?

4. “Denies any current attempt or intent to harm herself. Feels she can control herself...” - Hallo? I was just on my way to my class, and this psychiatrist did not believe my story of I was wrongly sent to the mental hospital while I denied to be suicidal nor dangerous.

Dr. George S. Lau's mistakes on his note (much worse than Newsom):

1. “symptom of acute psychosis” - I denied to be suicidal and I was on my way to my class...

2. “a graduate student” - no, I was an undergraduate student.

3. “..under the care of the school counselor for the past few years.” NO: I met Dr. Sivertsen only 3 times, and the first meeting was in May 2006 and she kept asked me if I was the one who was seducing Dr. Elizabeth Weiss. I denied it as it was the opposite of the fact. Adding such false psychiatric record to the file looks like a psychotic person, Dr. Lau. Have you ever thought about professionalism to keep what is fact and what is your delusion in your notes?

4. “teacher's, student's, and counselors are all part of that” - look at what happened. I was wrongly claimed as suicidal by them. If they (and you guys) are not working together, how could I kept in mental hospital while I denied to be harmful to myself or others from the beginning of the claim started?
   

5. “She was going to talk to the dean about the conspiracy, but the police came, got her into EPS instead.” - Dr. English-Lueck asked me to have the conversation, and police WAS in Anthropology Department already. See? Psychiatrists can behave like paranoia if they deny to think voice recording as a scientific evidence.

6. “she states that she had poor sleep, and normally takes over-the-counter remedies for sleep” - Is it from Jeniffer, the occupational therapist's notes? She asked me what medicines I would take and I told her I sometimes take multivitamins, and kava kava, etc.. and I included melatonin in the answer. It seems, this poor psychiatrist had confusion of understanding the situation again. I did not need any sleeping aid, but the nurse pushed me to take the sleeping pill at night. Was that for raping and other reason, they wanted me to take it?

7. “she denied any suicidal or homicidal ideation at this time.” - I had no idea why people claim me like that for 2 days. The psychiatrists have delusions not to believe the patient denying to be suicidal. All this false suicidal claim goes back to Dr. Wiggsy Sivertsen or Dr. English-Lueck who tried to discredit my statement for the law suit.

So, can you guess how poorly Dr. George Lau and Dr. Peter Newsom understand their patients? They did not even now how I was asked to have a talk by Dr. English-Lueck. I first tried to avoid it as I thought it was “one of the false accusation the school making.” Guess what? I am able to prove my side of story how I was falsely accused to be “suicidal” and how Dr. English-Lueck and Sgt. John Laws made up the claim at the anthropology office.

The claim of Dr. Newsom and Dr. Law are like:

1. I visited the DHS on 10/15/06 – day before the forced transportation.

2. I was paranoia and wanted to talk to the dean.

3. I had suicidal or harmful comment – assuming from what they wrote – so Dr. Sivertsen made the 5150.

4. Police came and took me to EPS.

And the reality is:

1. I visited the DHS and got the form to submit the evidences.

2. I headed to Dr. Meniketti's class, and Dr. English-Lueck stood in front of the class asked me to have a small conversation in her office. She said “just 5 minutes.”

3. When Dr. English-Lueck and me got to the Anthropology Department, 2 SJSU police officers were standing there.

4. Sgt. John Laws asked me to turn around to be handcuffed. The police said they were asked to send me to hospital. They said I was making suicidal comments.

5. I denied to be suicidal and asked further question as I was just heading to my class.

6. One of the police officer took me to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center Acute Psychiatric Services.

Who is corrupted professionals anyway? Someone telling lie to visit her office, so she could safely claim me as “suicidal”? Or the El Camino Hospital psychiatrists who did not know the definition of “gravely disabled” nor able to read nursing progress notes indicating there was no sign of danger to others or self during 72 hour holds? Or, Dr. Wiggsy Sivertsen who became insane and thought me committing suicide while viewing the email about bringing the information to police???

Check out my evidences. I can prove I had no intention to talk with Dr. English-Lueck, who seemed to be supporting students' harassments. What I was doing to contact police or someone to be neutral in the situation like the Equal Opportunity Services. Because of my voice recording of Dr. English-Lueck and 2 police officers, I can prove there was a conspiracy to make accusation on me; here I prove they made up a story of me as suicidal and the psychiatrists seemed to work together as well no matter how my claim shows I had no intention of suicide. Tell me who is real paranoia, not believing what I say and deny? Treat me as a human being not as a test subject.

The below is the actual voice recording of the conversation with Dr. English-Lueck, Sgt. John Laws, and another police officer. The transcript shows Dr. English-Lueck told me a lie to visit her officer. It should be in 5 minutes or so. I was claimed to be “suicidal” and was sent to mental hospital. The sickest part is the above 2 psychiatrists knew I did not make any comments “harmful to self” or “harmful to others” from the first day in the hospital. They did not allow me to leave the hospital and I was put on 14 days hold with “danger to others” and “gravely disabled” diagnosis. As an exchange for the discharge, I was asked by Dr. Robert Burr and the nurse to cancel the investigation by the SJSU Equal Opportunity Services. If you know my story well, you know what Dr. Sivertsen did. 3 weeks before the forced hospital stay, I talked about bringing the issue to the law suit. 2 days after the discharge, she claimed me I was making accusation on students. Dr. Sivertsen could not tell me a exact reason why I should stop the investigation by the Equal Opportunity Services. In a normal situation, a dean of the department nor a school psychiatrist makes up something like student suicidal. This is the good proof of how SJSU made up something to cover their sccandal. Anyway, you can learn who can tell lies in the university. If I did not recorded the conversation below, I am sure everyone will believe what Dr. Peter Newsom and Dr. George S. Lau wrote.
