A Turkish Guy writing a graffiti on the window screen near the Ethnographic Museum in Split, Croatia

Croatia has gang stalkers. That's what I figured out. They speaks American English and stayed near me. The guy from Texas missed to do the skits to claim for the "hyper sexual" claims. Since the perp's claims are much related with the certain claims like sexually active, alcoholic, etc, I am able to figure out what their intention is. The place I stayed these days had a guys speaking in American English and talking with every sentence with "fuckin..." in it. The clerk at the hostel this morning wore a T-shirt with the logo "Big Facker." This is the situation in Croatia. I'm not recommending TIs to visit here for any refuge. What am I doing outside of Switzerland? That's all about the result after the second decision.

This is none of your business. This guy can write graffitis all day long if he wants to! He does this at his own risk....why do you care? He didn't write something like "The crazy Japanese lady is filming and stalking me". If the cops had seen him writing that graffiti, they would have probably given him a warning not to do that and that's it. Maybe it would have cost a small fine. You on the other hand did something more serious - filming and uploading a video to the Internet without the expressed written permission of the person in the video is not allowed!

You can take the position of "that's none of business" for anything if you want. You can say it when you see a burning house and some people asking help from a window. You can say it when you see a bank robbery going on in a bank you entered.

Can't you see the logic that it's not your business if someone filmed a man writing a graffiti at a historical place - UNESCO HERITAGE one. What's the point telling me I need a written permission from the guy violating a law to expose his criminal activity on Internet? This is a crime evidence, so cops can use the information to track down who he is to make him pay for erasing his graffiti. I understand criminals prefer to cover up other criminal's action from the net in order to help each other's criminal business.

You would probably be the only one who wouldn't help the people in the burning house, because you would come up with another of your crazy conspiracy theories, that would prevent you from helping them. Every normal man or woman would help in such a situation! Same goes with your ridiculous bank robbery comparison.

You really think that the croatian police has nothing better to do than tracking down a random guy you filmed and who wrote a graffiti on a wall that already had hundreds of other graffitis on it? Think again...

I don't like the guy writing down the graffiti either, don't get me wrong. But it's not such a serious "crime" that it would justify uploading a video of the guy to the internet. You could have told him right there that what he is doing is wrong. That would have been the easiest solution, that also makes sense. By uploading this stupid video, you achieved NOTHING.

Why should I get in trouble with a Turkish tourist by mentioning about his graffiti? Instead, I made a film from what he was doing. Guess what? People might stop writing graffiti without checking their back after seeing my video. You cannot just say I did not achieve NOTHING. The result would be unpredictable in this ever-expanding universe.
