If you know what V2K or V2S sounds like. It is a microwave voice hearing. Ultrasonic sound is also capable of creating the similar effect on the subject. The below picture is from wired.com.
I think the Targeted Individuals and others - I mean the common citizens who are not aware of such device used against them for the covert operation - would be targeted for covert interrogation.
Let me tell you how the covert interrogation works. It is up to you if this real or not because you must experience it to understand the fact. Since I was stalked by DOD people in the US, what I describe here might be possibly related with what they developed for remote lie detector. When I was stalked by the DOD, I started to experience V2K effect. So, it is natural to think what they do is related to how I learned about remote interrogation techniques. You could get the actual information through FOIA if they let you know what it is. I post them on the public as you, suppose an innocent citizen, would be interrogated for anything without you know. What if your wife or husband wanted to know if you are cheating and hired a detective? A remote lie detector is a perfect weapon to solve such a problem. The article is published in January 2006.
THE US Department of Defense has revealed plans to develop a lie detector that can be used without the subject knowing they are being assessed. The Remote Personnel Assessment (RPA) device will also be used to pinpoint fighters hiding in a combat zone, or even to spot signs of stress that might mark someone out as a terrorist or suicide bomber. My understanding of remote lie detector (from my experience) is based on the remote hypnosis. I think that is done by the frequency just above the human hearing capacity. The above picture shows how it works to send voices to the subject. When you hear the "command sentence" - you would feel uncomfortable if you are aware of interrogation. If you are not aware, it could be just like something you just imagined from the past or something. For example, if you had an affair with someone, and if you are interrogated hearing "who you slept with?" you might just think about the name of the person suddenly. (This is not from my experience, but to make the explanation easy.) The command is something short and simple. If the subject hesitate or try to avoid thinking about the answer, you might be able to hear the voice or even know the certain interrogation words. The subject might experience some pressure on the eye area and it makes the one to get wetty eyes. I think this happens due to some higher power microwave or others. The increase of tear does not relate with any emotion but as if to resist the hypnosis.
In a call for proposals on a DoD website, contractors are being given until 13 January to suggest ways to develop the RPA, which will use microwave or laser beams reflected off a subject's skin to assess various physiological parameters without the need for wires or skin contacts.

The countermeasure? When you experience the need to answer something, you can make up something without really thinking. For example, if the interrogator asks "what is the address," you can simply think about somewhere else and just repeat the address of a different location. A human brain is capable to think a different answer because the brain first be aware of the "interrogation words" and it has the capacity to be aware of the command and must process the information in order to start thinking about the answer. The interrogation may continue and the subject would feel uncomfortable due to the command that the one is enduring. Another way to avoid the interrogation is to engage in something that require conscious work. If you are doing something that needs your attention, you feel ease to negotiate with the interrogation because your brain knows something else needs its attention so it can focus on another thing that is not pleasant.
By the way, the remote interrogation would be something that may ask you to raise your hand or scratch your head as "yes" or "no." When you unintentionally scratch your head and realize yourself somewhat scratching there, it could be a sign that you went through an interrogation. If you went through an interrogation at that point, the good way to know it is ask yourself why you are scratching your head. Your brain would probably remember the potion of the command and you might be able to remember something - like the question "did you do xxxxx?" If you are engaged in a train of thoughts, it makes harder the hypnosis work.
The MIT study on the tin foil hat actually concludes like this. Tin foil hat is an old model.
The helmets amplify frequency bands that coincide with those allocated to the US government between 1.2 Ghz and 1.4 Ghz. According to the FCC, These bands are supposedly reserved for ''radio location'' (ie, GPS), and other communications with satellites (see, for example, [3]). The 2.6 Ghz band coincides with mobile phone technology. Though not affiliated by government, these bands are at the hands of multinational corporations. And this is the new model of "Thought Screen Helmet," which would give better protection based on the Ohm's Law to cut the waves. I do not buy alien theories but technology is something that can use for general purpose. (The MIB is from Hoover's FBI, not from another planet)

The law does not change, no matter who uses it. My invention of the thought screen helmet, which uses a carbonized plastic with impedance for static electricity control, is a good example of that. The below website is Mr. Menken's website. Please notice the military specification, and check out what the purpose of it for. If you cannot get what it means, please check the very bottom picture.

Velostat and a similar material, LINQSTAT, have impedance, as shown below by the thought screen helmet with a mulitimeter reading in ohms. Both materials do not hold a static charge when grounded. They are technically described as a conductive polyethylene film commonly used as a static control material in numerous semiconductor, electronics and Smartcard applications due their easy-grounding nature. Both materials meet military specification MIL-P-82646A. They have different conductive properties than metals. Why do I share these? Because I do not want anymore people victimized in false government interrogations for nothing more than make them to keep funding and to satisfy their sadistic desire toward others. The remote interrogation can be done to use the information for the subject to be emotionally corrupsed. I believe people should not treated as guilty from the beginning, and interrogation on citizens without warrant is something against the US constitution or laws in many countries.

Here is an example of what MIL-P-82646A is good for. A human brain is also a type of electric circuit. So, if it is wrapped with these conductive films, guess how Microwave impact on it. I think same conductive film could be good for FBI's Tempest prevention.
