The below model is what I thought as the social engineering model with organized stalkers in the society. The certain people/organization will make profits from the model. And I think this seems to fit the current Anti-Terrorism and more medicare costs. I don't know why more cost for security increases crimes or terrorism. The people involved in the security actually needs more suspects to turn in for promotions.

The Notre-Dame Catholic uiv. Indiana, has close links with CIA/OPUS DEI.
Colby, one of the best CIA directors, was a OPUS DEI member.
