I saw the old Asian man showed up at the restaurant

I saw the same old Asian man alone showed up near the restaurant this morning. I saw some German speakers yesterday and today was the Asian man saying he is Japanese and from Canada. Well, I thought it was a set up. He could talk to me if I sat down for the breakfast. Anyway, I skipped the meals. If he was there and the restaurant got perps working, they could add anything on the meal - urine, dried excrement powders, spits, sperms, etc. But why there is an old man just hanging around alone? He looks like a complete loser to me - hanging alone in a foreign land far from Canada. Perhaps he is short in money to stay in Skopje and helping the gang stalkers.
