Here is the pictures of the bathroom window at LaRos apartment in Herceg Novi. I found it on August 8th. The hinge broken and the wierdo wire wraped up around.
Is this a mechanism of how to invade someone's room by damaging the hinge or what? I put the cup there so no one could open the window without making a noise.
