Organizational desire and the church

Each organization has many people with different views and aims. It's the job of the management to control what to be officially declared as the organization's purpose and the goal. Each employee might have different aim for the organization. Not everyone sees the organization to achieve the official goal. The hired volunteers would just be there to gain the required work hours for the collage education or internship. They would be there and know what they suppose to do for the organization. They do not have to help all the way to achieve the official goal which has usually a broad meaning. The employees would work contradictory to the organization if they are bribed by the rival organizations. The intelligence people would keep the organization going as long as it helps to give the cover and funds for their need. The coworkers will bully each other if there is a big possibility of massive lay-off for the budget cut and other reasons.

How about the church? The church has the official reason, to help gather the believers of Jesus and make them participate in the religious activities. The church is also an organization. It got people who are not really religious but has been working for the church for the money or as a part of the family business. It's like not all the grand children and children of the religious people believe in the religion. They would be participating in the religious activities with the religious family members. The faith is a different matter. For the Christians, the Holy Spirit must help the religious to keep faithful. But for the people with less belief or faith, it does not matter that the lack of strong religious feeling won't make them shunned from the church. The millionaires could donate money while they are skeptical about the religion. They could be thanked by the church for the donation and others assume they are religious to contribute to the church rather finding a way to keep their face in the society and avoiding too much taxation. There are people who go up and down the mountain with a cross on top almost everyday. They pray rosary and going up barefoot. Others would think them as very religious. But what if they are doing the activities in order to slack around? The communist people would say that hiking up the mountain won't make a product and it would be like people slacking around. People are acting as they are and what they suppose to be. Who will judge the faith? That's God himself. The faithful people, even John the Baptist who was caught by the king and was in the jail and beheaded, were known as not wealthy but something else.

The church can be like a normal NGO. Yesterday, I heard a joke from a tour guide that there are so many McDonalds around in the area where many churches and a mosque stand and he said that one occasion  a tourist made a question that if McDonalds is one of your religion and do you make a sign of M when they enter one of them. I know there are some IT workers believing in the Church of EMACS and other computer knowledge related religions. The management can take out anyone who oppose to their goal or is harmful for the organization. That's how the normal organization work. The church is also capable of taking out anyone who is dangerous to it. However, it does not relate with the matter of the faith. That part is something different as politics can decide who to be suited for the leaders or managers for the religious organizations. Some people are responsible for bombing in the name of certain religion. However, they might be just a victim whose car got bombs set up by the secret police and was bombed. Remember the "Earth First!" bombing in California. There should be people who are falsely claimed as dangerous and were targeted for the false flag operation.

As long as people judge others, there is no way to understand the value of faith. The V2K perps say that the gang stalkers want the church to be for millionaires. The rich gang stalkers can hire or help the atheists and their friends to work for them. They could take out the undesired people from the church with the false witnesses. Replacement of the certain religious leaders are very common. Jack London's Iron Heel tells a bishop thrown out from his job when he declared to help the poor giving away what they needs instead of get along with the Trust.
